The American Vaudeville Museum offers touring programs about Vaudeville and other performing arts of the 19th and 20th Centuries. Each topic requires a minimum of two hours and can be expanded to half-days, full days and sequential session courses. We are happy to work with you to tailor programs to the specific needs of your organization, audience or students. A VCR player and large screen television or a video projector and screen are required for all programs. Larger halls may require a sound system. Frank Cullen is the content editor and staff contributor to Vaudeville Times, author of many articles on show business and the forthcoming Vaudeville Old & New: An Encyclopedia of Variety Performers published in 2006 from Routledge Press. One of the founders of the American Vaudeville Museum, Frank has long advocated for the preservation of the history of vaudeville and its performers, theatres and institutions. Formerly an actor, director and designer for the stage, Frank currently teaches and coaches young actors, and presents lecture demonstrations for American Vaudeville Museum. He earned his undergraduate degree in Urban Affairs/Politics at Boston University and holds a Masters in Interdisciplinary Studies (History and Performance Arts) from Lesley University. |
